What, no bells?
The only bell which can be heard throughout VICTORIA is the emergency alarm. There are no bells to mark the times of classes or even the school day. Teachers start and end their lessons punctually, respecting their colleagues’ classroom time.
Students can easily judge the end of break times; Primary teachers go out to collect their groups who line up ready for the next lesson, Secondary students cannot miss the massive drift of bodies back towards the classrooms. The movement of one school should not disrupt the studies of another.
